Special bolts as per drawing

Although our speciality have always been square neck bolts, the more and more concrete requirements of our Customers, make us to evolve and be able to manufacture a complete range of special bolts.

We manufacture a wide variety of forms and dimensions, diameters from M.4 to M.24, lengths from 10mm to 300mm, in steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel, with the most modern heat treatment and surface coatings.

Materials:

- Steel and alloy steel, class: 4.6 ; 4.8 ; 5.6 ; 5.8 ; 6.8 ; 8.8 ; 10.9 ; 12.9
- Stainless steel: A.2 (AISI 304) ; A.4 (AISI 306) ; AISI 310; AISI 430

Coatings:

- Simple electrolytic plating (Cr6 free): blue, yellow, black, olive green, dehydrogenated if necessary
- Alloy electrolytic plating: zn-fe, zn-ni
- Posterior Applications: Finigard; JS-500; torque-tensión
- Organo-metallic coatings: delta-tone, delta-seal, delta-coll, delta-magni, dacromet, zintek, geomet
- Hot deep galvanizing
- Brass coating
- Stainless steel passivation and polishing
